Our Story
Peak was born out of a desire to serve patients and we are passionate about improving the lives of children and families in the West Nashville community. We were created by a parent of a child with special needs so at PEAK we personally understand that having a child with unique challenges doesn’t just affect the child. That’s why we incorporate the whole family. From the comfortable waiting room to the welcoming and fun therapy gym, we designed PEAK with the entire family in mind. We want to support you and help you navigate pediatric therapy though a collaborative approach.

At Peak Pediatric Therapy, our physical, speech, and occupational therapists are highly trained to use a varied set of tools and therapies to help meet the needs of the children we serve. These services are customized for each child based on their needs, and provided in a safe, welcoming, and playful environment.
Pediatric physical therapy is designed to help children develop gross motor skills and improve their range of motion, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
DMI is a comprehensive approach used by physical and occupational therapists to treat children with gross motor impairments.
Pediatric speech and language therapy targets increasing children’s ability to understand language and communicate effectively in their everyday environments.
Feeding therapy targets improving oral motor skills and sensory challenges to improve your child's feeding abilities.
Pediatric occupational therapy helps kids develop their fine motor abilities and skills needed in daily life activities.
At PEAK we are dedicated to providing recourses, education and support to our families to best equip them to navigate challenges and help to connect them within the community.
